Tips for Kids and Families near Filmoteca de Catalunya:

  • Filmoteca de Catalunya is not one of the most popular family-friendly attractions in Barcelona. However, if you like old movies and want to show them to your kids, you can bring them to an old black and white Disney or Charlie Chaplin film (for additional information – Kids and Families in Filmoteca de Catalunya and Kids and Families in Barcelona).
  • Filmoteca de Catalunya is not one of the most important tourist attractions of Barcelona. Therefore, if you do not have too much time you can skip it and visit other, more enjoyable attractions, instead of it.
  • If you would like to avoid meeting immigrants and homeless people at night, we suggest not to walk near Filmoteca de Catalunya after sunset since the area is inhabited mainly by immigrants (for additional information – Visit El Raval at night and Visit Barcelona at night).
