General Information

Filmoteca de Catalunya (Film Archive of Catalonia) is located in the center of Barcelona, near Port Vell, in the southern part of El Raval. It was first opened in February of 2012 and it is operated by the Cultural Department of Catalonia. The aim of this cultural institution is the preservation of old films and other materials related to cinema.
