General Information
The Museu de la Xocolata is located at the edge of El Born quarter, between El Born and the Parc de la Ciutadella (Citadel Park). There is a vast selection of hotels in this area.
From the south and the west of the museum there are smaller hotels, usually located in old buildings, that are more expensive and recommended for couples on a romantic vacation or for those who are willing to pay some extra money and gain accommodating in one of the most beautiful quarters of Barcelona.
North of the museum, in the direction of the Parc de la Ciutadella, the Arc de Triomf of Barcelona and Passeig de Lluís Companys there are more apartments and bigger hotel rooms, cheaper than the ones in the Gothic or the El Born quarters. Hotels located north of the museum are in a central area, they are incomparable to the old quarters, but they are a popular option for those that are looking to stay in a central area but have the benefit of bigger rooms and cheaper prices (for additional information – Cheap Hotels in Barcelona and Barcelona for Free).
