General Information
Joan Miró was a naive artist which means that his works are simple and colorful, so very attractive for most of the children. But not every kid will be enthusiastic about it – some children can enjoy the museum, but others will be completely bored. Additionally, children under the age of 15 do not pay for admission.
It is advised to visit the museum’s website, before you visit the museum and ask the kids if they find it to their taste. The children section on the museum’s website, Play Miró, includes a game and videos which explain the main motifs and elements of the art of Miró in a nice way and helps children to understand the expositions in the museum better and to decide if they are interested in it or not.
