Poble Espanyol (The Spanish Village) is one of the most popular attractions with families who visit Barcelona because it is very family-friendly and focuses mainly on children. During the day many activities and workshops are organized for kids. Tips and Recommendations

• Children who are younger than 12 years are entitled to a discount in Poble Espanyol. Furthermore, those who are younger than 4 years are free of charge. • It is recommended to combine Poble Espanyol with other attractions in the Montjuic area and with Plaça d’Espanya. This area is family-friendly with a good variety of attractions that are dedicated for children, like the cable car, Font màgica de Montjuïc (Magic Fountain of Montjuic) and Montjuïc Castle.
• Most of the events and workshops dedicated for kids in Poble Espanyol are organized in spring, summer and Sundays. Therefore we suggest to visit the village on a summer Sunday.
