The Gaudí Exhibition Center

General Information

The Gaudí Exhibition Center is a museum dedicated entirely to the art, work and life of perhaps the most famous modernist architect in the world, Antoni Gaudí. The Exhibition is located in the heart of Barcelona next to Barcelona Cathedral and Placita de la Seu. The museum features a collection of documents and objects of the famous architect after collecting materials from all over the world related to the Catalan artist, the only architect in the world that has 7 edifices declared World Heritage by UNESCO.

The exhibition features not only the work of the artist but also the way he was thinking and creating the beautiful unique masterpieces that became the symbols of Barcelona – Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (for additional information – Attractions and Tours in Barcelona).

The highlight of the museum is the virtual reality(VR) experience, where visitors can interact with the artist’s work in the most realistic way possible. This will ensure that all visitors leave with a full understanding of Gaudí’s mastery.

Audio guides are available in the following languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Russian, Chinese, Korean and Japanese, for those that want to find out even more about the artist (for additional information – Casa Batlló audio guide and Casa Milà audio guide).
