Q: I ordered in advance a taxi from the airport to the city center, how will I find the car assigned to me?

A: If you hire a taxi via phone, you will get the number of the car assigned to you during your call or via SMS. The taxi will wait for you at one of the ranks near the exit of the terminal.

In the case of an online booking, you will meet the driver at the agreed pick-up time and place, as confirmed upon booking the vehicle. Generally, you will meet outside the customs area, at the Sign Drivers Meeting Point if you arrive at Terminal 1 or at the Arrivals Hall if you arrive at Terminal 2.
