General Information
In Santa Maria del Mar you can participate in a guided tour that takes you to the roof of the church, to the terraces, to the gallery and to the crypt. Most of the visitors do not have opportunities to admire these parts of the church if they visit the church independently, hence the tour is recommended to people who find a special interest in the church. The tour takes 55 minutes and is available in Spanish and English.
For those who do not have too much time or are not especially interested in the church, we recommend to choose one of the tours that do not focus only on Santa Maria del Mar, and visit it just for 10 minutes as part of a general tour in the old city of Barcelona.
