A: Yes, but It is highly recommended not to visit the area of
Port Vell with a car, since it is usually very crowded, among others with visitors coming with a private car after visiting Costa Brava or other nearby attractions.
If you do choose to enter the area with a car, you can find parking places in the following areas: next to Port Vell, next to the Aquarium of Barcelona, next to the bridge that leads to the Maremagnum Mall or parking in the area between Port Vell and the Gothic Quarter.
Keep in mind that these parking spaces are more expensive than other parking spaces around the city. The cost of parking in this area can vary between 17 and 25 Euro per day (for additional information – Car Rental in Barcelona and Car Rental in Spain).
