Q: Is there a suitable access at PortAventura attractions for people for disabilities?

A: People with disabilities benefit from special discounted entry fees. These special tickets are available only at the ticket boots of the park and cannot be ordered online (for additional information – Accessibility and the Hop-on Hop-off Bus and Accessibility in Barcelona).

People with disabilities and movement difficulties that can prove at least 33% recognized disability benefit from a special ID card that will provide special access for the shows (for the disabled and maximum 1 adult companion) and special access for the rides (for the disabled and maximum 4 companions, of which at least one has to be an adult).

PortAventura World is offering all kinds of services for people with special needs, for instance, visitors with food intolerances will get a special gluten-free guide.

For visitors with reduced mobility it is possible to rent wheelchairs – a manual wheelchair for €9 and motorized wheelchair for €30 (subject to availability).
