General Information
Being the most lively part of Barcelona, La Rambla Avenue has to offer a lot of things to see and do for its visitors. There are many street artists performances and exhibits to be admired, shopping opportunities to be seized and landmarks to be seen.
La Rambla is the starting point for most of the city’s main guided walking tours, bike tours or even segway tours and of course, the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus passes through this central artery of Barcelona as well. Some of the most popular tour guides are the historic tours through the nearby Gothic Quarter and the gastronomic tours in the world’s famous market – La Boqueria. Then right off La Rambla, in Plaça Reial, visitors can assist at some of the most wonderful Flamenco shows.
