A: There is a parking place near Museu Picasso but it is not located next to the museum and it is not that close. The few parking places next to the museum are adapted for disabled visitors (for additional information – Accessibility in Museu Picasso and Accessibility in Barcelona).

Most of El Born neighborhood is not accessible by car because private cars are not allowed inside, and for that reason parking places are available outside of the El Born area. There is parking at Via Laietana and at the Parc de la Ciutadella.

Having said that, it is not recommended to arrive to the center of the city with a private car. The best option is to park the car outside of Barcelona on in other parts of it that offers cheaper parking and then take the metro to the attractions you want to visit.
